Who we are

This site (volsavannah.com) is operated by Vacation on Lafayette. We use it to present our vacation rental residences and to connect you with our property manager, Southern Belle Vacation Rentals, for reservations and guest support.

Information we collect

When you use this website, we and our service providers may collect:

• Usage data: pages you view, links you click, and similar browsing activity.
• Device and browser data: type of device, browser, approximate location (e.g. country or region), and IP address.
• Information you give us: if you join our mailing list, we collect the email address (and any optional preferences) you submit. That data is processed by our email provider (see below).

When you complete a reservation, you do so on Southern Belle Vacation Rentals's website. Their privacy practices apply to any information you provide there.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising so we can understand how the site is used and show relevant ads on other platforms. The services we use include:

Mailing list

If you sign up for our mailing list, your email (and any optional preferences you choose) is processed by our email provider, Mailchimp. We use it to send you occasional updates (e.g. seasonal openings and news). Mailchimp's practices are described in their Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Booking and Southern Belle

Reservations are completed on Southern Belle Vacation Rentals's website. Any information you provide during booking (payment, contact details, etc.) is held by them and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information. Your choices

• Google: You can control ad personalization and limit tracking via Google Ads settings (opens in a new tab) and Google Analytics opt-out (opens in a new tab).
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram): You can control how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook Ad Preferences (opens in a new tab). You can also use industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page (opens in a new tab).
• Mailing list: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us to be removed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
